1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VizRepo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using VizRepo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

VizRepo is a platform that connects to your Git repositories (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Gitea, and self-hosted Git servers) to automatically generate visual flowcharts and sequence diagrams from your codebase. The Service includes all related features, tools, APIs, and documentation provided by VizRepo.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Your content: you retain all rights to your source code, repository data, and generated diagrams. VizRepo claims no ownership or license over your intellectual property.
• Our platform: VizRepo retains all rights to the platform software, design, branding, and underlying technology.
• No training on your data: we do not use your code, diagrams, or metadata to train machine learning models or for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.

4. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and access tokens.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account information up to date.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process code you do not have the right to access or analyze.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the VizRepo platform.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, or to conduct any activity that violates applicable laws.
• Exceed published rate limits or use automation to abuse the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent.

6. Pricing & Plans

VizRepo currently offers free access during our early-access period. If we introduce paid plans in the future:

• We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any pricing changes affect your account.
• Existing free-tier functionality will remain available or you will be given the option to export your data before any changes take effect.
• You may delete your account and data at any time, regardless of plan type.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable, highly available service. While we work to minimize downtime through managed hosting and automated deployments:

• We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage at this time. As the platform matures, we plan to introduce formal SLA commitments for paid plans.
• In the event of service-affecting incidents, we will communicate via email to affected users.
• For enterprise customers with dedicated agreements, custom SLA terms and priority support are available upon request.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Key commitments include:

• No raw source code is stored — temporary scan data is deleted immediately after processing.
• All credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. All connections are secured with TLS.
• You can delete your data and account at any time directly from the application. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
• Custom Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available for enterprise customers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizRepo's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €100 for free-tier users, whichever is greater). VizRepo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VizRepo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the application. You may also contact support at privacy@vizrepo.com for assistance.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible.
• Upon account deletion, all associated data (projects, diagrams, scans, endpoints, credentials) is permanently and immediately removed. There is no recovery period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless you are entitled to a different jurisdiction under applicable consumer protection laws.
